Welcome to SeeMore. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SeeMore mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SeeMore. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

License and Access

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

Content and Intellectual Property

All content available through the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, and software, is the property of SeeMore or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You acknowledge that the Service contains proprietary content and technology. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Important Notice: Any unauthorized use of the Service or violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access and potential legal action.

Disclaimers and Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEEMORE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SeeMore operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms in the app and updating the "Effective Date" above. Material changes will be notified through the app or via email if we have your contact information.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
