Our Review Process
Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- Promptly investigate the claim and verify the validity of the notice
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content if the claim is substantiated
- Notify the user who posted the content about the removal
- Process any counter-notifications according to DMCA procedures
- Take appropriate action against repeat infringers, including account termination
Repeat Infringer Policy
SeeMore maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. We track copyright infringement claims and take escalating actions against users with multiple verified violations.
Users who repeatedly post infringing content will have their access to the Service permanently revoked.
Content Responsibility
SeeMore acts as a platform and does not claim ownership of content made available through our service. We are not responsible for content uploaded, posted, or transmitted by our users.
However, we take copyright protection seriously and actively cooperate with rights holders to address infringement concerns. We encourage all users to respect intellectual property rights and only share content they have the right to distribute.
Limitations and Disclaimers
While we make reasonable efforts to process DMCA notices promptly, we cannot guarantee specific response times. Processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the claim and the volume of notices received.
SeeMore is not liable for any damages arising from the removal of content pursuant to a DMCA notice, provided we acted in good faith compliance with the DMCA.
