Agreement to Payment Terms
These Payment Terms ("Payment Terms") are part of and incorporated into the SeeMore Terms of Service. By making a payment or subscribing to any paid features of the SeeMore service, you agree to these Payment Terms.
Please read these terms carefully before making any purchase or subscription. If you do not agree with these Payment Terms, you should not proceed with any payment transactions.
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for subscriptions and in-app purchases:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)
- Apple Pay (for iOS users)
- Google Pay (for Android users)
- Other payment methods as made available through app stores
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.
Subscription Plans
SeeMore offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing:
- Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly with automatic renewal
- Annual Subscription: Billed annually with automatic renewal at a discounted rate
- Free Trial: Available for new users for a limited period (if applicable)
Subscription fees are stated clearly before purchase. Prices may vary by region due to local taxes and currency exchange rates.
Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription rate plus applicable taxes.
To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date through your account settings or the app store where you purchased the subscription.
Important: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
Free Trials
We may offer free trial periods for new subscribers. During the trial period, you can access premium features without charge. The trial duration will be clearly stated at the time of sign-up.
Unless you cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the standard rate. You will be notified before any charges are made.
Pricing and Taxes
All prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your region. The total amount you pay may include:
- Subscription or purchase price
- Value Added Tax (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST), or other applicable sales taxes
- Platform fees charged by app stores (for app store purchases)
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period but will apply to subsequent renewals.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is designed to be fair while preventing abuse:
- Within 14 Days: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not significantly used the service
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems that prevent you from using the service, contact us for a potential refund
- Subscription Renewals: Refunds for automatic renewals may be granted on a case-by-case basis if requested within 48 hours of renewal
- App Store Purchases: For purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds are subject to their respective refund policies
To request a refund, contact us at support@seemore.cfd with your order details. Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days.
Please Note: Refunds are not available for partially used subscription periods after the 14-day window, or if your account has been terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
Payment Processing
When you make a payment, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. You represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal right to use the payment method provided
- The payment information you provide is accurate and complete
- You will maintain sufficient funds or credit to complete transactions
- You will notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
If a payment fails due to insufficient funds, expired card, or other reasons, we may suspend your access to premium features until payment is successfully processed.
In-App Purchases
In addition to subscriptions, we may offer one-time in-app purchases for specific content or features. These purchases are:
- Non-refundable except as required by law or our refund policy
- Non-transferable between accounts
- Subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time
- Tied to your account and will be lost if your account is terminated
Promotional Codes and Discounts
We may offer promotional codes, discounts, or special offers from time to time. These offers:
- Are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of offer
- Cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated
- May have expiration dates and usage limitations
- Cannot be redeemed for cash or credit
- May be revoked if obtained through unauthorized means
Billing Issues and Disputes
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or have any billing questions:
- Contact us at support@seemore.cfd within 60 days of the charge
- Provide your account information and transaction details
- We will investigate and respond within 10 business days
- If an error occurred, we will credit your account or issue a refund
Disputes should be resolved through direct communication with us before initiating chargebacks with your payment provider. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
Account Termination
If your account is terminated for violation of our Terms of Service:
- You will not receive a refund for the remaining subscription period
- All in-app purchases and content will be forfeited
- Outstanding payments remain due and payable
- We may pursue collection of unpaid amounts
If you voluntarily close your account, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, but no refunds will be provided.
Currency and Exchange Rates
Prices are displayed in local currency based on your location. If you travel or relocate:
- Subscription prices may differ in the new region
- Existing subscriptions will continue at the original price until renewal
- Currency conversion fees may apply if charged by your payment provider
- Price adjustments will apply at the next renewal date
Third-Party Services
Some payment processing is handled by third-party services (such as Apple App Store, Google Play Store). When using these services:
- You are also subject to their terms and conditions
- Payment and refund processes follow their policies
- We do not have direct control over their payment systems
- Contact the respective platform for payment-related support

Continued use of paid features after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Payment Terms.
